  1. Just in case anyone doesn’t know what Dune is about or why you should be excited for this;
    Imagine Lord of the Rings level of ‘Epic’ but in a sci-fi setting, set so far in the future that Humanity has long since left Earth and already created and fought against A.I, banning it’s recreation meaning Humans must do the computational jobs of machines. Everyone is addicted to a drug that originates on only one planet and this drug is needed for long distance space travel or commerse across the whole Empire comes to a halt. Eugenics (selective breeding) has reached a whole other level, resulting in special abilities and clairvoyance for select sects and the religions have been galvanised into one singular ‘Orange Bible’.
    Honestly, the books by Frank Herbert are on another level of imagination and I think it would only enhance your enjoyment of the movie to have read the books first.
    This trailer looks like they may finally do justice to the books (Given progress in CGI and the budget), however there is a six-part television series that was pretty good and faithful to the source material in case you want to clue yourself up on the Dune Universe.

    Before there was a House Stark or House Lannister, there was House Atreides and House Harkonnen.
    Before there was 'The Force', there was 'The Weirding Way'.
    ‘The Spice Must Flow!’.

  2. Well its all great but i really hope they improve the digital effects because that last shot of pauls face in a golden mask looks really bad and unrealistic. His face is too big in a mask and theres not enough depth and clarity.

  3. Thanks HBO Max but I must watch this in the theatre first- from the previews I watched you have to experience the rumble of The worm in massive surround sound. The sound design is an experience! Watch it in theaters first
